Hello, I started writing as a way to cope with my feelings of depression and anxiety. Today I don’t write as much as I would like to.
The stress I am currently facing leads me back to writing and deep thinking into my mind to see how I may be able to improve my life.
Perhaps another person can reflect upon my discoveries.
My goal for 2021 is to be more than a blogger. I am looking into starting a podcast. I just need guests,time,space and passion to complete the work.
During the last couple months of 2020 I had a manic episode. This led to psychosis. The psychosis actually opened my mind to who I am and my actions in life.
Let me allow you to walk within my mind.
So many emotions, plans for the future, new friends and relationships, and also strained old relationships.
These are my stories, thoughts, ideas, and experiences. In the end maybe someone will walk away with a different point of view.
